Charlotte Harris


Charlotte's yoga journey began over 25 years ago while looking for her own pain relief that doctors or physiotherapists were unable to help with. It was during this time that she experienced first-hand the benefits of a daily Hatha yoga practice for the body, mind and energetic self. Through the balance of active poses and stillness, Charlotte was able to connect within the deepest parts of herself and begin her healing journey. She is passionate about honoring ones' own body, and invites students on this journey through breath and awareness; while implementing tools for deepening the experience of connection within. Her classes are all-inclusive, supportive, informative and challenging which allows for both strengthening and increasing flexibility, while focusing on the connection with self. When not teaching yoga, Charlotte enjoys being creative in and around her home environment, spending time outdoors camping, as well as spending time with friends and family.
