Our locally owned Wellness clinic is located in the beautiful Village of Wabamun, Alberta. We are currently a team of 4 RMTs (Registered Massage Therapists), 3 yoga instructors, and an Esthetician and foot care specialist, and a Life Coach and somatic EFT tapping specialist, all who live in Parkland County.

We offer most modalities of massage, including deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, intraoral TMJ, pre and post natal, motor vehicle accident cases, hot stone, myofascial cupping, relaxation, advanced myofascial release, craniosacral, sports massage, and Raynor massage.

Our certified Somatic therapist is currently taking new clients for one-on-one somatic movement and life coaching sessions, including Reiki, energy work, and EFT tapping where needed. This is a truly holistic treatment that honours you wherever you are at on your healing journey.

We also offer a range of yoga classes to both challenge your strength and endurance, and gently train your nervous system to find balance, rest and reset.

We direct bill all major insurance companies! Please be aware of the details of your policy prior to booking as we cannot see your personal insurance information. Only you are privy to your personal benefits details, so making sure your policy allows for direct billing for the service you are booking, and that you have a doctor's note for massage if required by your policy, can help avoid hiccups in the billing process.
