Megan is a heart-led yoga instructor and holistic practitioner devoted to helping others reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner peace. With a background in modalities including Reiki, Raynor Massage, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, Megan’s classes and sessions integrate nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and deep energetic awareness.
